Polypteroidea or Polypteroidei: How To spell?

The word Polypteroidea is misspelled against Polypteroidei, a noun meaning "A suborder of existing ganoid fishes having numerous fins along the back. The bichir, or Polypterus, is the type. See Illust. under Crossopterygian."
